Janine specialises in dispute resolution and litigation.

Janine has over 20 years’ experience in acting for individual and corporate clients in a variety of industries. Janine started her legal career in a large Sydney law firm before returning to Newcastle in 2013.

  • Insolvency advice and litigation including statutory demands, unfair preference claims, insolvent trading claims, bankruptcy and liquidation claims
